The Terms and Conditions together with our FAQ’s contain the full and complete understandings between Rochdale Association Football Club and you. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you through or from the web site or from any conversations with our staff will operate to vary these terms and conditions.


These Terms and Conditions and any contracts made under them are governed by and shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose courts shall be courts of exclusive competent jurisdiction. We make no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Customers who access this web site from locations outside the United Kingdom do so at their own risk and on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, to the extent that any local laws are applicable. Nothing in these Terms shall in any way be deemed to restrict or affect your statutory rights under English law.

SEASON TICKETS

Season Tickets Season tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable

For home cup-ties or play-off matches, your seat will be automatically reserved for a period of time as advertised by the club, after which the reservation period will be cancelled. It may be necessary to relocate home supporters depending on the away allocation of the fixture concerned, police requirements and for spectator safety reasons.

Season Ticket applications are accepted on the condition that holders obey stadium rules and regulations and only occupy the seat allocated. Any breach of these conditions may result in the ejection from the stadium and confiscation of the season tickets without compensation. This rule also applies to away fixtures.

The club reserves the right to operate reduced price ticket promotions throughout the season without liability to Season Ticket holders.

It is a condition that the Season Ticket & Match holders do not take part in racist chanting or any other form of offensive behaviour.

Disabled pricing applies to supporters who are in receipt of the higher rate of disability living allowance (either mobility or care component) or are registered helpers.

Documented evidence will be required at the time of purchase for all disabled and age concession tickets or any other concession that the club may offer from time to time.

Season ticket holders are advised that if your season ticket is stolen or lost then a £15 charge will incur to receive a replacement card.


MATCH TICKETS

Rochdale Association Football Club accepts no responsibility for seats affected by adverse weather conditions.

Rochdale Association Football Club accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen tickets.

Where any match is cancelled or postponed, the club shall have no liability to a Ticket holder except that, following any cancellation or postponement of a home match, a ticket holder shall be entitled to attend the rearranged match.

Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the club management. Please always keep your receipt as proof of purchase


TICKET DELIVERY

Match tickets are posted 1st class within the UK but will only be available for delivery up until 5 days before a game. After this point the tickets will be available for collection from the collection point window in the clubs main reception

Tickets purchased for supporters abroad cannot be posted and are only available for collection on the day of the game. Please direct any ticketing queries to the Rochdale Football Club Ticket Office on 0844 826 1907 or e-mail admin@rochdaleafc.co.uk


REFUNDS & RETURNS

A full refund will be given to any supporter returning a complete ticket as long as it is returned at least 24 hours before the match kicks-off. The ticket must be returned to the ticket office and no applications by phone will be considered.


ABANDONED/POSTPONED MATCH POLICY

Subject to the rules and regulations of the Football Association and League governing bodies, Rochdale AFC will adopt the following policy for refunds for abandoned matches:

Match postponed before supporters admitted to the stadium will result in free admission to the rearranged game on production of complete valid ticket or a full refund.

Match postponed after spectators admitted to the stadium but before kick-off will result in free admission to the rearranged game on production the original counterfoil being exchanged at the ticket office or a full refund.

If a match is abandoned after kick-off and during the first half the club will issue a voucher entitling the spectators to half price admission to the re-arranged match.

If a match is abandoned after the completion of the first half the club reserves the right not to offer a refund or reduced admission to the re-arranged match.
